Sam Hayball has been named new loan manager at Arsenal.
Hayball succeeds Ben Knapper, who left earlier this season to become new sporting director at Norwich City.
Hayball had been assistant to Knapper and has been now promoted.
He has been at the club since 2014, having previously been involved with the academy, reports Jeorge Bird's Arsenal youth website.
Hayball was previously a data analyst with the club.
