The former Manchester City youth teamer penned a new deal to 2028 last week.
However, BILD says the contract extension hasn't turned off the Gunners, which remain keen on the youngster.
Indeed, while several clubs are keen, Arsenal are showing the strongest interest in Bynoe-Gittens.
The 19 year-old has showed great promise at Dortmund, where he has made 27 senior appearances.
