Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta will have three senior players see action with the U21s tonight.
Cedric Soares, Emile Smith Rowe and Fabio Vieira are to feature for Arsenal against Swansea's Under-23s at Meadow Park.
Smith Rowe has recovered from a groin injury and managed to come off the bench on Saturday for the closing stages of Arsenal's 4-2 win over Leicester in the Premier League.
Vieira, meanwhile, arrived from Porto carrying a foot injury.
The midfielder joined training for the first time last week.
