The striker is out of action, as he missed their 3-2 win over Bournemouth with a knock.
Manager Mikel Arteta said at the time that the club must run tests before determining the extent of the issue.
Nketiah posted on social media this week: "Minor setback, major comeback!"
Fans will be hoping it means that Nketiah will be in the team to take on Sporting CP in the Europa League on Thursday.
