Arsenal U18 coach Jack Wilshere admits everyone at the club want Ethan Nwaneri to stay.
As the youngster prepares to sign a first pro contract, the midfielder is attracting interest from Chelsea and Manchester City.
Wilshere told Goal: "We all hope he stays. He is an exceptional talent.
"But as the coach, we don't get into that kind of talk (about the transfer market) and we don't talk about it. I think we need to make that clear. It is nothing.
"Our job is to develop Ethan to help him when he goes to the first teamsquad."
