Arsenal are willing to QUADRUPLE Declan Rice's West Ham wages to bring him to the Emirates this summer.
Rice earns a basic 60,000-a-week with the Hammers and the Daily Star says Arsenal will offer a deal worth four times his current salary.
Arsenal chiefs are confident the midfielder will quickly agree terms.
The Gunners also are prepared to splash out 100m to convince West Ham to part with Rice, who has a deal to 2025.
Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has told confidants he sees Rice as the ideal addition to lift the quality of his midfield next season.
