AS Monaco have officially confirmed that former Arsenal and Chelsea star Cesc Fabregas has left the club.
However, he struggled with injuries and other issues last season, only playing two games in Ligue 1.
Over the past three and a half years, Fabregas did manage 68 games for the French club.
A statement from Monaco said: "The midfielder with more than 830 career games, whose contract is coming to an end, leaves the Principality club three and a half years after his arrival."
Fabregas is not interested in retiring, as he still believes he has a lot to offer the game.
