The asking price for Liverpool fullback Neco Williams is beginning to rise.
The Reds have made the Wales international for £15m.
Sky Sports says Fulham are preparing a bid for Williams after he starred for them in a loan spell during the second half of last season in which the Cottagers won the Championship and earned promotion back to the Premier League.
But Southampton have made a 'serious approach' for the 21-year-old, who Liverpool will only allow to leave on a permanent transfer this summer.
And with competition growing, his fee could rise up to £20 million.
