It's alleged the incident occurred in the corporate boxes at Villa Park.
It's reported the fan requested Bailey to take a photo with his son, but the winger refused. The Villa fan is accusing the player of pushing him to the ground.
The alleged incident is reported to have been caught on CCTV and seen by numerous witnesses.
