Aston Villa boss Unai Emery was delighted with victory at Burnley on Sunday.
Matty Cash struck twice as the Villans won 3-1.
Emery said, "It was really amazing because we know before the match it is very difficult to win here. They are so excited to play in the Premier League. We respect them a lot and we were very focussed and tried to correct the mistakes we made at Newcastle. Those three points for us are very important.
"We have six points now, that's important. The first priority is the Premier league. Saturday we play Liverpool, a very tough match. Confidence is very important as well."
On Cash, he said: "Some players they are settling in our shape and can play in different positions. He played sometimes higher. He was playing before at Nottingham as a winger. Today he helped us a lot and he scored two goals. We were compact."
