Aston Villa boss Unai Emery says Calum Chambers and Bertrand Traore remain transfer-listed.
Emery says the pair can leave after releasing Leander Dendoncker on-loan to Napoli.
They know their situation and of course, it is because I am thinking how we can change something in the squad," Emery said.
"But at the beginning was like I told you, I try to allow some players to leave because I don't think they were going to have more chances to play for different circumstances.
"They are both very good players and their commitment always was perfect here but we are trying to progress in our process here with the players to let them to leave. But we are working on it. I know they are as well working in finding a solution for them but no news for today."
