Aston Villa boss Unai Emery is happy with his team's progress this season.
Villa are preparing to meet AZ Alkmaar in the Europa Conference League tonight.
Emery said: "My idea is to be demanding of yourself as a coach.
"When I started coaching 20 years ago, my goal was always to learn, improve and become better every day."
In the Premier League standings, Aston Villa is in 5th place, having 19 points in 9 rounds.
