Aston Villa boss Unai Emery says they won't rush new contract talks with Ollie Watkins.
The striker is breaking club records under Emery.
The manager said, "Of course the performance collectively is very good.
"And when one player is achieving good performances he helps his other teammates achieve this as well.
"But now is the time to focus in this key moment on preparing the best game plan possible for each match and try to be strong in this direction."
Asked about Watkins' contract situation: "We can't stop now for some individual circumstances with their contracts because there is only one month left and seven matches. And we will have time to decide, individually, each situation."
