Aston Villa defender Tyrone Mings continues to recover from ACL surgery.
Mings suffered a ruptured ACL during Villa's first game of the Premier League season against Newcastle back in August.
He posted a clip of him working in the gym.
Mings captioned it: "I know you didn't think you were getting rid of me that easy. This one is a thank you for all your messages."
The Aston Villa centre-back has deleted all other posts from his social media page, besides his upload about sustaining his injury versus Newcastle.
