Aston Villa striker Ollie Watkins is not a transfer target for Bayern Munich.
The English forward is having the season of his life under boss Unai Emery at Villa Park.
However, media reports linked the 27-year-old with a move to Bayern.
Fabrizio Romano claims the Midlands club should not worry too much about losing Watkins to the German champions.
Romano tweeted: "FC Bayern are not actively working on deal to sign Ollie Watkins at this stage, despite reports.
"No negotiations as they have different options in the list. Aston Villa are planning to offer Ollie Watkins new long term deal soon with improved salary."
