Aston Villa's former CEO Christian Purslow has stepped down from his role at the club.
Purslow was at the Midlands club for the past five years, attempting to boost their Premier League status.
While the recent arrival of Unai Emery has seen a huge upturn in their fortunes, most of Purslow's tenure was not a success.
Per Birmingham Live, former Philadelphia 76ers president Chris Heck is the replacement.
He is taking charge of Villa's business department after Purslow's departure.
Heck worked as the chief sales and marketing officer for the NBA franchise in the USA.
