Aston Villa are interested in Arsenal defender Rob Holding.
Estadio Deportivo says William Saliba's emergence has now pushed Holding further down the pecking order in the centre of defence, with Ben White and Gabriel Maghaeles already ahead of him, and that could well influence his future at the club as clubs begin to take an interest.
Aston Villa are eyeing up Holding as one of two options to replace summer signing Diego Carlos, who is set to be out for the long term after rupturing his Achilles in just the second game of the season.
As such, Vlla could now make a swoop for the Gunners defender.
