
Aston Villa manager Unai Emery welcomed Magdy Abdelaty from Egyptian club ZED FC to the club this week.
Villa have a newly formed partnership with ZED that will help them with respect to youth talent.
The Premier League giants have a three-way deal with ZED and Portuguese side Vitoria Sport Clube.
Speaking at the time of the triumvirate agreement, Villa owner Nassef Sawiris said: I am very proud to be part of the announcement for the three-way collaboration between ZED's Academy, Vitoria Sport Clube and Aston Villa.
This three-way partnership should benefit all three parties and create a clear roadmap for talented young Egyptian players to integrate into the global sports system."
Emery and Abdelaty have been spending time together during this international break.
The coach is learning at the Premier League club as part of the ZED and Villa partnership.
