Aston Villa haven't been good enough at their fortress Villa Park in recent matches.

That is the view of midfielder Jacob Ramsey, who spoke about their loss to Manchester United.

Despite having many chances to create more goals in the game, Villa lost to a late Scott McTominay winner.

Especially in the first half, I had two or three chances and Ollie had two or three chances and on another day we'd put them away and kill the game in the first half," Ramsey stated post-game.

We want to win games and we've not been great at home recently, but we can take positives from the performance.

Manchester United are a big team and we were dominant.

We were just lacking the last ball in the final third. Apart from their goal they didn't have many chances."
