Aston Villa midfielder Timothy Iroegbunam has undergone surgery.
Iroegbunam had spent the season on-loan with QPR.
With the Championship campaign now over, the youngster has confirmed on social media he's has had surgery.
For the moment, Villa are yet to declare the reason for the operation nor the recovery period.
At QPR, Iroegbunam made 32 appearances all told, 28 of them starts.
