Aston Villa are making an offer for Athletic Bilbao starlet Nico Williams.
Villa are readying a club-record bid for Williams with Unai Emery keen to land the Spain international.
The 20-year-old has broken through to feature for the Basque outfit this season alongside his brother, Inaki, who plays for Ghana.
Williams featured at the World Cup for Spain and it is reported by the Daily Mail's Dominic King that Emery wants the young attacker at Villa Park.
However, they will need to pay his 45m release clause in full to push through a deal - and the report adds Villa are willing to stump up the cash.
