Aston Villa are sweating on an injury suffered by Jacob Ramsey at the U21 Euros.
The midfielder was forced off during England's quarterfinal win against Portugal.
And the setback is more serious than first expected, with Ramsey out of the tournament.
He will now visit a specialist to see if he will require ankle surgery.
Ramsey, 22, made 35 appearances for Villa last season, scoring seven goals and setting up six more.
