Aston Villa striker Ollie Watkins says England will go to Euro2024 full of confidence.
Despite a drab final two games of qualifying, Watkins insists England can win the tournament.
I think we are in really good shape," said Watkins after the 1-1 draw in North Macedonia last night.
[We are still] unbeaten, top of the group, so there is no negative there only positives. Even though we didn't win, we still played well and created a lot of chances. The penny just didn't drop for us."
Asked how rivals will see England, Watkins said: Scared to play us. We are one of the best teams in the world. We have world-class players, so we definitely have that scare factor for teams."
