Aston Villa are said to have no plans to reintegrate Marvelous Nakamba into their first team this summer.
The Midlands club enjoyed an outstanding season that saw them qualify for the Europa Conference League.
However, despite the increasing demands of European games next term, Nakamba is not one who manager Unai Emery will rely on to play regularly.
The Zimbabwe star was on loan at Luton Town during the second half of this season.
Per The Athletic, Emery does not plan to reintegrate Nakamba to his squad during pre-season.
The club are likely to sell him for a modest fee, as he joins departures such as Ashley Young and Jed Steer.
