After more than 50 cases of blood clots caused by COVID vaccinations—which were created by the Serum Institute of India—were reported in the UK, the British pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca acknowledged that the vaccines could cause them but added that they were "extremely rare," as reported by Live Mint.

The rare side effect of AstraZeneca's Covid vaccine is thrombosis thrombocytopenia syndrome (TTS), a blood clot problem. According to medical professionals, the hazards of vaccination considerably exceed the benefits.

One of the rare but extremely dangerous side effects of vaccine-induced immune thrombocytopenic purpura (VITTP) is thrombotic thrombocytopenic syndrome (TTS). According to infectious disease specialist Dr. Ishwar Gilada, the incidence has been as low as one in 50,000 (0.002 percent), but in a large population, the number becomes significant.

This is in response to allegations that AstraZeneca has acknowledged in court filings for the first time that the vaccine it developed with Oxford University may increase the risk of an uncommon and dangerous blood clot.

According to NDTV WORLD, the Oxford-AstraZeneca Covid vaccine is a viral vector vaccine that was created using the modified chimpanzee adenovirus ChAdOx1.

The corporation declared that the safety of its patients is its first concern. It further stated that regulatory bodies have precise and strict guidelines to guarantee the safe administration of all medications, including vaccinations.

According to the pharmaceutical corporation, authorities worldwide have continuously declared that the advantages of immunization surpass the possibility of quite uncommon adverse reactions.

A class action lawsuit has been filed against the firm in the UK on the grounds that their vaccination has frequently resulted in fatalities and serious injuries. In the UK High Court, victims in as many as 51 cases are requesting damages in excess of one hundred million pounds.

AstraZeneca has sympathized with those impacted by unfavorable reactions to its vaccination in the wake of the lawsuit.
