At least one person was killed and 15 others injured in heavy Russian airstrikes in Ukraine, Ukrainian authorities said late on Monday.

In the port city of Odessa, an infrastructure facility was destroyed by shelling, local military administration head Serhiy Lysak wrote on Telegram. He later said that one of the four people injured in the attack had died.

In the Donetsk region, 12 people were injured in Kramatorsk on Monday evening when guided glide bombs hit the city, Governor Vadym Filashkin wrote on Telegram.

An 8-year-old boy was among the injured, Filashkin said.
