Atalanta attacker Charles de Ketelaere credits a change of position and time in the gym for his improvement this season.
De Ketelaere is on-loan at La Dea from AC Milan, where he was played as an attacking midfielder last season - and struggled.
The Belgium international has been played as a centre-forward by coach Gian Piero Gasperini this term.
He told DAZN: "Yes, it's true.
"The position also gives me more confidence in the game, I'm not a player who can run twelve kilometres but I can do a lot of intensity. In this position I can do it better and I also feel stronger in the actions I do."
