Athletic Bilbao veteran Raul Garcia was proud reaching 600 games last night.
The 37 year-old featured in the 0-0 draw with Almeria to reach the landmark.
Only Andoni Zubizarreta and Joaqun are ahead in the LaLiga ranking, both with 622 games.
"I do not compete with anyone. I am left with having the peace of mind that I could do it, I have done it," said Garcia.
"I do not focus on what lies ahead, I focus on what it entails to do it and what is behind it, which is a daily effort and try to be as professional as possible."
On his future, Garcia told Gol TV: "I live it naturally. Life is stages and different moments. You can let yourself go or do the opposite, which is what I'm into. I love my job and I really enjoy training because I always try to help people."
