Athletico Paranaense executive director Alexandre Mattos admits they're in talks to sell Vitor Roque.
The young striker is a target for Barcelona and Arsenal.
Mattos said: "We don't have anything specific, it doesn't have a defined value. There are conversations, but Athletico is focused on having a strong team, on maintaining the squad, especially this year.
"We're not going to be irresponsible, if something comes up, especially if the president understands that it's interesting, we'll try. Right now what we have is Vitor Roque concentrating here, playing here.
"Now he's back, there's the final, we have to do it right. In April the crazy calendar of the Brazilian Championship will begin, the Cup of Brazil and Libertadores. Vitor Roque's focus is here, that's how we face it."
