Atletico Madrid coach Diego Simeone was left satisfied with their 1-1 draw against Sevilla.
The preseason clash was played out in San Francisco, as Rafa Mir's opener for Sevilla was canceled out by Angel Correa.
Simeone said: "I loved the team's performance, they had many scoring chances.
"They are looking to attack and do damage. An exciting league season is about to begin, and we have to get ready. LaLiga is tough and competitive."
Correa also said: "The team played a great game. We created a lot of chances.
"Their goalkeeper had a great game, we couldn't score a goal with all the chances we had. Personally, I entered in the final minutes, and with the goal, I was able to help us draw."
