Atletico Madrid coach Diego Simeone slammed his players after their 3-0 defeat at Valencia.
Simeone branded the performance the worst since his arrival.
The Argentine snapped: "What everyone saw, Valencia was superior and did what had to be done, we played the worst game since I arrived at the club and to congratulate the rival, they knew how not to let us progress, to take advantage of the spaces."
"I'm not angry at all, I know the players I have, the group we have in the locker room, but I accept when a bad game is played.
"The rival was better and all that remains is to congratulate him."
