Atletico Madrid midfielder Rodrigo de Paul has rejected an offer from Al Ahli.
The Saudi Pro League club has offered De Paul a three-year deal worth 15m-a-season. He is currently on 3.5m-a-year at Atletico.
But Mundo Deportivo says De Paul has turned down the move.
Al Ahli also offered 35m to Atletico for the Argentina midfielder, but was referred to De Paul's 80m buyout clause.
The Saudis could yet return with an improved bid in the coming days.
