Atletico Madrid president Enrique Cerezo has declared they're signing Axel Witsel.
Witsel, 33, comes off contract at Borussia Dortmund this week.
Cerezo said: “We already have a midfielder.
"It's Witsel who, as you all know, is practically a done deal and we're still looking for a full-back.
Practically nothing is missing, but we still have to wait a few days or weeks, then it will probably be done."
