Atletico Madrid president Enrique Cerezo has shut down talk of signing Manchester United striker Cristiano Ronaldo.
Ronaldo has been linked with Atletico this summer as he seeks to leave Old Trafford.
However, at today's signing presentation for Nahuel Molina, Cerezo rejected the rumours.
Asked about signing Ronaldo, the president stated: “With this incorporation, our sports management manages to fit the last piece we were looking for.
"I repeat to our journalist friends, with this incorporation, our sports management manages to fit the last piece we were looking for!"
On Molina, Cerezo added: “The right back position was the only one that did not have two players. I congratulate Andrea Berta, who gets the position to be occupied by our first option, Nahuel Molina."
