TAWAU: An attempt to “kidnap” a 3.5kg baby boy from the Maternity Ward 2 of Tawau Hospital was foiled by the hospital’s security team, Friday.
Deputy Director of Tawau Hospital, Dr Azman Ibrahim said the exercise was the second to be carried out as a preventive measure.
“So far, no case has been reported in this district but it happened in a hospital in Peninsular Malaysia four years ago.
