Robert Pires has been reminding Arsenal's young players about the significance of playing for the club.
Pires was a member of the legendary Invincibles squad and now serves as a coach and advisor at London Colney.
"As an Arsenal player it's important for them to know where they are. This is an important club," he told the Athletic.
"The shirt is important. The history is important. Talking about that helps to build confidence in the players.
"That's why for some of the old players, whether it is me or Thierry [Henry] or someone else, like to give their advice."
