
Former Deputy IGP Ayob Khan Mydin Pitchay receives the National Hero Award at the National Maulidur Rasul Awards 1448H/2026 presented by PM Anwar.
PETALING JAYA: Former Deputy Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Ayob Khan Mydin Pitchay was among the recipients of the National Maulidur Rasul Awards 1448H/2026, receiving the National Hero Award today.
Former Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB) director-general Datuk Dr Ahmad Parveez Ghulam Kadir received the Creative Scientist and Innovator Award.
Influencer Muhammad Mikhael Sathayah was named the recipient of the Special Figure Award (Outstanding New Convert), while National Education and Persons with Disabilities Advocacy and Welfare Organisation (Advo OKU Sejahtera) chairman Prof Dr Ruzita Mohd Amin received the Madani Woman Award.
The awards were presented by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim at the Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Cultural and Arts Centre, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), here today.
