Ayoze Perez feels his game will move up a gear with Real Betis this new season.
The striker signed permanently with Betis last week after coming off contract at Leicester City.
"I did an interview in Tenerife and I made it very clear that my priority was Betis," he said.
"It took a while but we reached the agreement that we all wanted and I am very happy.
"With the stability , I arrived right at the beginning of the preseason and that is important, with several preseason games ahead. Now, with a little more calm and being from the beginning, following the appropriate steps, a better version of the team will be seen and for my part too."
