AS Roma attacker Sardar Azmoun was delighted with his goal in victory over Lecce.
Roma pounced late twice to defeat Lecce 2-1 on Sunday.
Azmoun sparked the comeback with his goal and later said: "We knew it would be tough, we were all focused on winning this match. We showed our character and all our players and fans deserved this match.
"This is the work I have to do for the team, whether I come off the bench or start. I have to do my job, I thank God and my teammates for letting me score my first goal.
"It's fantastic, I'm really happy. An unforgettable evening, I can't say what I feel. I hope and want to do it again."
