Anderlecht are set to announce the signing of Manchester City defender Philippe Sandler.
The 22 year-old Dutchman has been in Belgium for the past fortnight as the two clubs haggled over terms.
HLN says City and Anderlecht have settled on a straight loan without any option to buy.
Sandler is due to take a medical and once completed the deal will be confirmed.
The defender and Sidney Sam are set to be the next two signings of Vincent Kompany at Anderlecht.
