Southampton legend Matt Le Tissier hopes for big things from Danny Ings this season.
Le Tissier is confident a fit Ings could make a massive difference to the club's fortunes.
"I think if we can keep Danny fit this season then that is important for us," he said. "Danny was a really important player for us last season and we missed him when he wasn't in the team.
"Hopefully we can get a good pre-season under him and I think he spoke in the media a couple of days ago to say he's the fittest he's been for a long time.
"That's good to hear if you're a Southampton fan and if he stays fit for the whole season then I'm sure we'll see him get into double figures for goals."
