Tiemoue Bakayoko is being released by Chelsea.
The Blues have announced the midfielder will leave the Blues this summer.
A raft of U21 players are also being allowed to come off contract this month.
These include Juan Familia-Castillo, Nathan Baxter, Sam McClelland and Bryan Fiabema.
