Fode Ballo-Toure is happy making the move to Fulham.
Just before the transfer window closed last Friday, the 26-year-old wing-back joined Fulham on-loan from AC Milan.
He said, "It is a very big club, a historic club. It has been very strange. I didn't expect it - I thought I would stay in Milan. At the last minute I got a phone call from my agent, who told me that Fulham wanted me. I didn't hesitate. I said yes and it went very quickly.
"I am a very big fan of the Premier League. I followed Fulham last season and they played very good football.
"I know I will develop here. In my opinion, you cannot say no to Fulham."
