
Kota Kinabalu: The Malaysian Cooperative Transformation Plan (TransKom) 2021-2025 needs to be used as the main reference in efforts to transform and empower the cooperative movement, especially in Sabah.
Chief Minister Datuk Seri Haji Hajiji Haji said, the initiatives drafted in Transkom are expected to be able to make cooperatives a catalyst for Malaysia’s balanced, inclusive, progressive and sustainable socio-economic growth.
“Apart from increasing the contribution of cooperatives to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Transkom also targets to increase the number of cooperatives venturing into new growth areas.
