Kota Kinabalu: Two East Malaysian activists have urged for Umno Youth chief Dr. Akmal Saleh and four others to be barred from entering the Borneo states for alleged incitement related to the socks issue.

Atama Katama of the Sabah Defenders of Ancestral Lands (Mopot) and Peter John Jaban of the Sarawak Association for People’s Aspirations (Sapa) made the calls in their statements today.

The other four are ontroversial Muslim preachers Mohd Ridhuan Tee Abdullah, Zamri Vinoth Kalimuthu, Shakir Nasoha and the man who triggered the socks controversy, Firdaus Wong.
