Barcelona have announced director of football Mateu Alemany is leaving at the end of the season.
Barca confirmed Alemany's decision before last night's win against Osasuna.
Despite having a contract until 2024, Alemany will be allowed to leave on July 1 after a request was accepted by Barca president Joan Laporta.
Barca say Alemany could stay for the entire summer market to assist with transfer plans.
Sport is reporting Alemany has accepted an 'irrestible' offer to leave Barca, though his destination remains undisclosed.
