Manchester City are dropping their price for Joao Cancelo.
The fullback is on-loan at Bayern Munich, where the deal carries a 70m option.
However, BILD says Bayern will pass on the deal, which could open the door for Barcelona.
And City are willing to assist any new suitor by dropping the fullback's price to 40m.
Barca are in the market for a new right-back and Cancelo is on their radar.
