Barcelona chief Mateu Alemany says they've changed contract policy.
Alemany explained that “now the bonus is only earned if 60 percent of gams are played asa starter because it shows that they really are players Barca need".
Evidently there is a fixed salary, but the extra parts are what is being cut.
“We are Barca and what's important is winning titles," continued Alemany.
“We weren't doing well because the veteran players had many years on their contracts and the youngsters had deals that were running out. We've done well to renew players like Ansu and Pedri, who are the future of the club."
