Barcelona sports chief Mateu Alemany admits signing Ilkay Gundogan was "difficult".
Gundogan joins Barca from Manchester City and enjoyed his signing ceremony today.
Alemany said: "It has been difficult because his representative is very difficult for negotiations.
"I know that he had financial proposals that were much higher than Bara's and that is not easy for agents to understand."
And he added: "I know your uncle is not very happy but thanks to you we are here."
Alemany also said: "You can offer Bara a lot. You have all the culs excited."
