Barcelona chief Deco agrees with Xavi about the demands they have for the coach.
Xavi says Barca is the toughest coaching job in football due to the demands.
Deco said: "We are a club that wants to play well. Winning, of course, but with a high demand for good football.
"Bara is like this, we're not going to change. There's pressure, but the goal is to have fun, play, and win."
On Ferran Torres, he added: "He's in great form, started the season well, scoring goals, whether coming off the bench or as a starter, he plays an important role in the team."
